                                                                   To the Restaurant “La piccola California”

We are proud to suggest you an enjoyable course, not to be missed, a very funny experience for adults and children that will give you the chance to learn and cook the original Neapolitan Pizza with a proved dough, made with the traditional method.
We will explain you step by step all the secrets to make the best pizza. The first step will be the  choice of the ingredients, then you will attend to the correct technique for the dough's preparation. At last  you will take part to the packing and the cooking of the pizza.
After the course you will taste the pizza cooked by yourself together with a good local wine.

This is a summery of the course's steps:

•    17.30 p.m. arrival at the Cooking school and welcome aperitif in the garden ;
•    18.00 p.m. Pizza dough lesson and preparation of the sauces ;
•    18.30 p.m. break with mineral water and coffee ;
•    20.00 p.m. tasting of the cooked dishes.

The lesson will take place to the Restaurant “La Piccola California”.

Course time: about 1 hour + tasting time
Course beginning: 17.30 p.m.
