Exposure and Altitude: Coastal Terraces situated at  200/550 meters on the sea level with a southern exposure;
Kind of land: Dolomite – Chalky Rocks;
Farming method: Pergola and/or “raggiera atipica”, headboard;
Planting Density: 5000-7000 grape wines in 1 hectare;
Number of harvest grapes in 1 hectare: About n. 60 bunches of grapes in 1 hectare  (1,3 kilogram for 1 stump);
Vintage Time: During the third part of October; Hand harvest;
Wine production Method: The mature grapes are harvested by hand and are fully carried in the wine cellars. After a soft pressing the grape juice ferments for about 3 months at 12 degrees in oak barriques;
Wine Features: It is a wine with an intense  yellow colour with gold reflexes. The smell recalls the apricot, the broom flowers and the exotic fruits. It has a soft and dense taste and it is characterized by an important apricot, raisins and sweet flavouring;
