Wine Grapes: Falanghina 60% and  Biancolella 40%;
Production areas: Furore and  surrounding areas;
Exposure and Altitude: Coastal Terraces situated at  200/550 meters on the sea level with a south/ west exposure;
Kind of land: Dolomite – Chalky Rocks;
Farming method: Pergola and/or “raggiera atipica”, headboard;
Planting Density: 5000-7000 grape wines in 1 hectar;
Number of harvest grapes in 1 hectare:About n. 80 bunches of grapes in 1 hectare  (1,5 kilogram for 1 stump)
Vintage Time: During the third part of October; Hand harvest;
Wine production Method: The mature grapes are harvested by hand and are fully carried in the wine cellars. After a soft pressing the grape juice ferments for about 20/30 days at 15 degrees;
Wine Maturation Time: The wine remains for 4 months in stainless steel tanks;
Wine Features: It is a wine with a subtle  yellow colour and with a fruit smell recalling the unique Mediterranean  smells of the homeland. It has a wide and balanced taste and it is characterized by a slightly sour taste according to the flavourings freshness;
