Wine Grapes: Piedirosso (named  “Per e Palummo”) 50% and Aglianico 50%;
Production areas: Furore and  surrounding areas;
Exposure and Altitude: Coastal Terraces situated at  200/550 meters on the sea level with a south exposure;
Kind of land: Dolomite – Chalky Rocks;
Farming method: Pergola and/or “raggiera atipica”, headboard;
Planting Density: 5000-7000 grape wines in 1 hectare;
Number of harvest grapes in 1 hectare: About n. 60 bunches of grapes in 1 hectare  (1,3 kilogram for 1 stump);
Vintage Time: During the third part of October; Hand harvest;
Wine production Method: The mature grapes are harvested by hand and are fully carried in the wine cellars. After a soft pressing the grape juice ferments for about 30 days in oak French barriques;
Wine Maturation Time: The wine remains for 12 months in new  oak French barriques;
Wine Features: It is a wine with a red/ruby colour and with a typical fruits of forest smell (blackberry, blackcurrant, blueberry). It has a soft and well balanced taste characterized by spicy and undergrowth  flavourings;
