Exposure and Altitude: Coastal Terraces situated at 300/400 meters on the sea level with a south -south/ west exposure;
Kind of land: Dolomite – Chalky Rocks;
Farming method: Pergola and/or “raggiera atipica”, headboard;
Planting Density: 5000-7000 grape wines in 1 hectare;
Number of harvest grapes in 1 hectare : About n. 60 bunches of grapes in 1 hectare (1,3 kilogram for 1 stump);
Vintage Time: During the third part of October; Hand harvest;
Wine production Method: The mature grapes are harvested by hand and are fully carried in the wine cellars. After a soft pressing the grape juice ferments for about 20 days in new oak French barriques;
Wine Maturation Time: The wine remains for 12 months in new oak French barriques;
Wine Features: It is a wine with a red colour and with an intense smell of fruits of the forest jam. It has a soft and well balanced taste and it is characterized by spicy, liquorice and vanilla flavourings;
